Bompa Jacks Sticky, Crispy BBQ Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
1 Bag Chicken Strips
1 egg
1 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 Cup self raising flour
Bompa Jacks BBQ sauce
In a bowl I whisked up 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce. Then coated all the chicken strips in the egg wash. Then in another bowl I added some self raising flour, salt & pepper and added the chicken strips. Then covered it in some more self raising flour. Tossed it around a bit so all the chicken was covered in the flour, then used a sieve to remove all the excess flour. Then I deep fat fried the pieces for about 4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy at a temperature of 375°F (190°C).
Make sure to cover all the chicken strips in the Bompa Jacks BBQ sauce.
Cook for a few minutes.
Then serve
